I have been working holistically with clients for 12 years. I believe that when science and holistic practices are utilised simultaneously, they can create positive outcomes for overall health and well-being. Our mission is to provoke positive thought processes that allow members of the community to expand their self-awareness and make lasting positive changes in their lives.

I want to teach you how to be more aware of your thoughts, and how to navigate the challenging obstacles you may face during moments in your life that can cause you to not feel like you. Studies demonstrate that we are experiencing some of the highest percentages of anxiety, stress, depression, and loneliness in society today. As mental and physical illness rates rise, there are clear indications that societal expectations and stressors are becoming a problem for many. This leads to forming a range of habits and emotional blocks that can affect you long term and take control of your life. These habits and emotional blocks can include;

Subconscious You blends Clinical Hypnotherapy, Sound Meditation, Intentional Breathing and Intuitive Body Work techniques to calm the nervous system and promote positive thought patterns. We also specialise in combining these techniques with skin science approaches to help those experiencing inflammatory skin conditions and stress related habits such as excoriation Skin Picking) and onychophagia (Nail Biting). Our approach provides an immersive experience that encourages thoughtfulness, helping you connect with your senses and create meaningful rituals in your daily life.
